Attorney Saagar B. Shah is a life long resident of
Delaware. He graduated from Christiana High School (1994), the University
of Delaware (B.S. 1998), and Temple Law School (J.D. 2001). He is a member
of both the Delaware and Pennsylvania Bars. After graduating law school,
he obtained a position as a Deputy Attorney General with the State of Delaware.
During that time, he prosecuted cases in the Justice of the Peace Court, Court
of Common Pleas, Family Court and Superior Court. From his experience at
the Attorney General’s Office, Saagar gained first-hand knowledge of the
prosecutor’s role and process in Delaware. From his experience in prosecuting
cases against the best defense attorneys in the State, Saagar learned the
optimal tactics to achieve the best results for his clients.
In 2006, Saagar decided to enter into private practice in
order to serve individual clients. Since then, he has
represented hundreds of clients with various legal issues. His goal is to
protect your rights and obtain the most favorable disposition of your case. To
accomplish this, Saagar provides hands-on, personal attention to each and every
client he represents. Saagar prides himself on providing top-notch legal
services at reasonable rates.
Attorney Shah has a general practice with a concentration in
residential real estate, criminal defense, estate planning and general
litigation practice. Saagar is a member of the Delaware State Bar
Association. He is also active in the Board of the Diabetes Association
of Delaware and March of Dimes and actively volunteers his time throughout the
state of Delaware with various charitable organizations.
Saagar is an avid sports fan and also enjoys watching movies. He
lives in Wilmington with his wife Lisa and their triplet daughters.
